About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML pipelines that automate event‑management workflows and improve platform performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production AI models, ensuring reliability and scalability across a multi‑region AWS environment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Implement containerized deployments using Kubernetes and manage infrastructure as code for seamless CI/CD of AI services.
- Analyze operational data with SQL and Python to generate insights, drive cost‑optimisation, and support data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, MLOps, or related roles within SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, model development, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with SQL databases and data engineering concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally, communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, and drive operational excellence.
