Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end agentic applications, leveraging Python, Node.js, and React to deliver scalable, production‑grade solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML models and AI coding assistants into the development workflow, enhancing code generation, testing, and review processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards throughout the software lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and experience with AI coding assistants.
- Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS) and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building agentic, scalable solutions.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide technical teams.
