Software Engineer
Lead AI initiatives, design and deploy machine learning solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on AWS, while guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Manage a small team of data scientists and ML engineers, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Ensure model quality, reproducibility, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of ML workflows, tooling, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI product management.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering production‑ready AI models.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
