Software Engineer
Lead AI strategy and delivery, overseeing machine learning, deep learning, and NLP projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience while guiding a cross‑functional technical team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, aligning projects with business goals and operational priorities.
- Lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and NLP specialists through the full lifecycle of model development, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and implement scalable machine‑learning and deep‑learning solutions for text‑heavy data such as call transcripts and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and new services.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
- Strong background in AI engineering, data science, and applied NLP on large text datasets.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing end‑to‑end AI projects.
- Proficiency with modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
