ML Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management, leveraging Python, deep learning frameworks, and AWS to deliver scalable, data‑driven insights that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and production‑grade machine learning models to predict patient revenue, optimize billing workflows, and enhance clinical decision support.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, clean, and transform large healthcare datasets using Python and SQL.
- Deploy models to AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS) ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on feature engineering to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate findings and model insights to cross‑functional teams, translating technical results into actionable business strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning within a healthcare or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with deep learning architectures.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch).
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning complex data into clear, data‑driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team.
