About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and evaluate state‑of‑the‑art machine learning and deep learning models on large healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to design data pipelines and feature engineering strategies.
- Deploy models to production environments using AWS services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Conduct experiments, perform hyperparameter tuning, and document results to continuously improve model performance.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying ML/DL models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization/orchestration tools for model serving.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
