About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and fine‑tune large language models (LLMs) for the OneCustomer product, enabling AI‑driven interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Build end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure scalable, reliable model training, serving, and monitoring.
- Integrate LLM services with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and data pipelines to deliver real‑time insights across Commercial, Medical, and Analytics teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and DevOps engineers to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model versioning, performance evaluation, and security compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for production‑grade deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
