Software Engineer
Lead AI initiatives for HR technology, designing and deploying machine‑learning models that automate talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce analytics using Python, TensorFlow and advanced data analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy for HR systems, aligning machine‑learning solutions with talent acquisition, performance management, and employee experience goals.
- Design, develop, and productionize predictive and NLP models that automate resume screening, sentiment analysis, and workforce forecasting.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and IT architects to integrate AI services into existing HRIS platforms and cloud environments.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering best practices in model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and translate research breakthroughs into practical HR applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning/NLP solutions, preferably in HR or talent management domains.
- Proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver AI projects end‑to‑end.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
