About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts and decision‑makers in the AI, SaaS, and IT services sectors.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools, tracking engagement and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and report on campaign performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT services.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead‑generation tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
