About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI strategy and architecture for enterprise‑scale, production‑grade solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary AI and data science team, fostering best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders to translate business problems into high‑impact AI solutions.
- Design, build, and operationalize machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and drive continuous improvement of models and processes.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of overall technical experience with at least 2 years in a senior AI leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, machine learning, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
