About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on large‑scale, high‑impact initiatives that integrate AI and intelligent automation into business processes.
- Analyze complex, multi‑faceted business execution problems, incorporating both quantitative data and qualitative factors.
- Design, model, and document end‑to‑end automated workflows using RPA and process‑modeling tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI‑driven solutions and data models.
- Validate and measure automation outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on AI, intelligent automation, or RPA projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex business scenarios, including intangible and unprecedented factors.
- Hands‑on knowledge of process modeling, workflow design, and data analysis (SQL or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote analysis.
