Design, implement, and manage AI-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, leveraging Python, machine learning frameworks, PLC integration, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI models that improve production efficiency, quality control, and predictive maintenance.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing manufacturing equipment, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate business needs into technical AI implementations.
- Maintain documentation, provide training, and support continuous improvement of AI workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience integrating software with PLCs or industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS) for model deployment and data pipelines.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial automation is preferred.
- Ability to work legally in the United States and willingness to be based in New Hampton, IA.
