Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Innovation Lead to help shape and accelerate Claritev AI transformation. This role sits at the intersection of product management, business strategy, applied AI, and enterprise transformation.
What You Will Do
You will help Claritev answer and execute against questions like: Where can AI create the most measurable value across our business? Which workflows are ready for AI transformation, and which are not?

Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in product management, AI product strategy, digital transformation, consulting, enterprise innovation, or technology leadership
- 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, applied AI products, or AI-enabled business transformation
- Strong ability to translate business problems into AI product opportunities, experiments, pilots, and scalable solutions
- Experience partnering with engineering, data science, applied science, product, operations, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agents, model evaluation, AI workflow orchestration, and responsible AI
- Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritize use cases, write clear requirements, establish success metrics, and measure business impact
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience driving adoption of new technologies, including change management, enablement, workflow integration, and stakeholder engagement
- Comfort using AI tools, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve productivity and accelerate experimentation
