Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AI solution delivery, building agentic workflows and MCP integrations in Python while leveraging advanced coding assistants to accelerate production deployments and drive adoption across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship production‑ready AI tools and agentic workflows that streamline internal processes and enhance client services.
- Integrate MCP systems and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and robust performance.
- Collaborate with VPs, directors, sales leaders, and subject‑matter experts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Utilize coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to accelerate development, maintain code quality, and mentor teammates.
- Champion best practices for AI deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in Python at scale.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, agentic systems, and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with MCP or similar enterprise integration platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for coaching peers and driving AI adoption through practical, high‑impact solutions.
