Drive AI‑native tools and workflows across the organization by building production‑grade Python solutions, agentic pipelines, and MCP integrations while coaching stakeholders to adopt cutting‑edge LLM technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship Python‑based AI solutions that automate and enhance internal and client‑facing processes.
- Build and orchestrate agentic workflows leveraging large language models and coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing MCP platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and subject‑matter experts to translate business needs into actionable AI products.
- Coach and mentor teams on best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and AI tool adoption.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production‑grade AI applications.
- Hands‑on expertise with large language models, prompt engineering, and AI coding assistants.
- Demonstrated ability to create agentic workflows and integrate AI components into MCP or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to partner with cross‑functional leaders and drive adoption of AI solutions.
