About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation and optimization across satellite, streaming, and mobile services.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models using Python and AWS services to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using SQL and advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance in production, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in Python programming and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying large datasets.
- Experience deploying solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3) or comparable cloud platforms.
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear visualisations using Tableau or similar tools.
