Design and implement AI‑focused identity and access management solutions, creating secure, scalable patterns for AI workloads, conversational agents, and platform integrations across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and hands‑on delivery of IAM frameworks tailored for AI and machine‑learning workloads.
- Develop proof‑of‑concepts and reusable identity patterns for conversational agents, large language models, and AI platform services.
- Integrate authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) with cloud‑native AI services while enforcing Zero Trust principles.
- Collaborate with security, data, and engineering teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement and compliance across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best‑practice recommendations for AI‑centric identity solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions at enterprise scale.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) and their security requirements.
- Proficiency with modern authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and experience applying Zero Trust models.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud security services (IAM, KMS, secret management) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex security concepts into practical implementations for AI workloads.
