About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI‑powered systems that automate recurring marketing and GTM workflows across digital channels.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with data pipelines to enable real‑time decision making and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, media, analytics) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Iterate on machine learning models that predict customer behavior and optimize spend allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience building end‑to‑end marketing automation and revenue operations systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with SQL for data manipulation.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing contexts.
- Experience with marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) and data integration tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management abilities.
