About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI governance frameworks that align with global standards and client objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to assess AI risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance.
- Advise senior leadership on ethical AI practices, policy development, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed responsible AI principles across organizations.
- Collaborate with data science, legal, and business units to ensure AI solutions are transparent, fair, and auditable.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, ethics, or governance roles.
- Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, etc.) and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex governance programs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in policy drafting and stakeholder engagement.
