Lead the design and implementation of responsible AI frameworks, translating policy and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and auditable technical solutions across the enterprise, while empowering teams to innovate safely using cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide AI governance frameworks that align with regulatory standards and internal risk appetite.
- Translate policy, regulatory, and risk requirements into practical, scalable technical controls and best‑practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to embed governance checkpoints into AI development pipelines.
- Lead audits, assessments, and continuous monitoring of AI models to ensure compliance, fairness, and transparency.
- Advise on data privacy, security, and ethical considerations for AI solutions deployed on cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or related regulatory compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model risk, and auditability.
- Hands‑on knowledge of cloud services (AWS preferred) and DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
