About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models that adhere to AI governance frameworks, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Glue, and Redshift.
- Perform model validation, bias detection, and impact assessment to support ethical AI decision‑making.
- Document methodologies, create reproducible notebooks, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in data science and machine learning with hands‑on experience in Python.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience building data pipelines on AWS.
- Knowledge of AI governance principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business value.
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, life sciences, or similar) is a plus.
