About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build an AI‑driven GTM ecosystem that integrates marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success data streams.
- Develop predictive models and recommendation engines to prioritize leads, forecast revenue, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to automate campaign workflows, lead scoring, and account‑based marketing initiatives.
- Implement data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring solutions using cloud services and MLOps best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and iterate on GTM strategies to maximize pipeline velocity and win rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for building scalable data pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) and MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and account‑based marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
