About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI‑driven go‑to‑market workflows that accelerate campaign execution and improve measurement.
- Lead a small cross‑functional team, providing coaching and mentorship while scaling the AI GTM function.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, and ABX teams to integrate AI insights into campaign planning and execution.
- Establish governance, quality standards, and repeatable processes for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Analyze performance data to continuously refine models, workflows, and ROI metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product development, data‑driven marketing, or related fields.
- Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable go‑to‑market strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high‑performing technical teams.
- Hands‑on expertise with machine‑learning frameworks, data pipelines, and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across marketing, product, and operations functions.
