The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in Java, SpringBoot, ETL, RAG, LLM and should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Skills . 5+ years of experience combined in programming, small to large scale applications, frontend and backend engineering, test driven development, microservices and architecture design principles . AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands on experience with foundational models and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, etc.) . Hands on experience of MCP server implementation . Demonstrated strong team leadership and ability in written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project . Expert in multiple programming languages / frameworks such as: Java, Spring, Scala, Spark, JavaScript, UI framework (Angular / React / Vue.js), Python, HTML5/CSS, SQL, etc. . Experience with microservices in cloud such as OpenShift, Azure . Experience with data lake and database engines such as HDFS, Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL . Mentor on standards and coding practices and debug very complex or urgent problems. Maximize reuse and build sustainable applications Responsibilities . Hands on application design, coding, and deployment on cloud based environment . Design and implement big data processing, AI agentic solutions to optimize regulatory reporting workflows and reduce manual effort . Liaison with business partners to deliver solutions based on clients' needs, translating business requirements into AI driven technical approaches . Provide technical influence by sharing deep knowledge and experience in emerging AI technologies . Maintain code quality, best practices, and responsible AI governance across the stack . Support and maintain the team application suites on various technical infrastructures and architectures . Help increase adoption of emerging technology within area of expertise .
