Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate mission requirements into AI‑enabled software architectures.
- Design, build, and maintain secure cloud solutions on AWS GovCloud, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and IL‑4/IL‑5 standards.
- Develop production‑grade machine‑learning pipelines and integrate them into client systems as first‑class components.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership during deployments, including performance tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices for agentic coding and AI‑centric development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms.
- Proven expertise in AWS services, especially GovCloud, and familiarity with FedRAMP, IL‑4, and IL‑5 compliance frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building end‑to‑end ML workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with customers, gather requirements, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative skills in fast‑paced, security‑sensitive environments.
