Lead AI initiatives, optimize processes, and drive organizational change using AI technologies. Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement machine learning solutions, manage data pipelines, and ensure smooth adoption of AI across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead process analysis and redesign initiatives, integrating AI solutions to automate and optimize workflows.
- Act as change manager, facilitating adoption of AI tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and IT to build scalable data pipelines and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate solutions to meet business KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a production environment.
- Strong background in process management and change management methodologies.
- Hands‑on skills in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, problem‑solving aptitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.
