Lead AI Expert driving end‑to‑end AI solutions, from data strategy to production deployment, leveraging Python, TensorFlow and AWS to deliver scalable, high‑impact models for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines, converting business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in model development, validation, and production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design robust data ingestion and feature engineering workflows.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
- Communicate technical insights to stakeholders, translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and experience with cloud services (AWS, SageMaker).
- Deep knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
