In this role, you will be a key influencer in NVIDIA's Enterprise AI & Automation, focusing on driving world-class AI engineering solutions that enhance employee experience, boost business productivity, and improve operational efficiency. Our team is actively involved in developing cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the realm of generative AI platforms and applications, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Model (LLM).

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the design and development of a generative AI platform capable of scaling to various enterprise use cases.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled system and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Drive the development and deployment of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the technical vision and execute on a strategic roadmap to advance AI engineering innovation within the organization.

What We Need To See

• MS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of work-related experience in software development with proficiency in Python programming with 3+ years leadership.
• Demonstrable experience in leading engineering members, as a tech leader or manager.
• Strong background in modular software design, containers, and libraries.
• Proven experience in delivering engineering solutions using Agile methodology.
