About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on AI‑native EDA and advanced hardware workflow development.
- Architect and implement scalable ML systems and agent‑based solutions that integrate with semiconductor design tools.
- Drive model evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure high‑quality AI outputs for hardware design.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and domain experts to translate semiconductor requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Set technical direction, define best practices, and oversee code quality, performance, and security across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience building production‑grade ML pipelines.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor design, EDA tools, and hardware workflow challenges.
- Experience leading engineering teams and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
