Software Engineer
Lead the design, build, and deployment of production AI solutions—copilots, agents, and automated workflows—within the Microsoft ecosystem, driving operational efficiency and decision‑making across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions using Azure, Microsoft Copilot, and related tooling.
- Lead the development of copilots, intelligent agents, and automated workflows that enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI use cases, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable production systems.
- Ensure robust model training, validation, and deployment pipelines with continuous monitoring and performance tuning.
- Evaluate and recommend alternative AI platforms or custom solutions when Azure capabilities are insufficient.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI engineering team, fostering best practices in MLOps and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on production deployments.
- Deep expertise in Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot, and cloud‑native development.
- Proven track record building and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical domains.
