About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agent‑driven AI features that enhance productivity for regulated professionals.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, collaborating with product, design, and data science to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure high reliability and performance of AI services through robust testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Drive best practices in ML model development, deployment, and governance on AWS infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong Python foundation.
- Proven track record building and deploying NLP and agent‑based systems at scale.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or similar) is a plus.
