Software Engineer
Six‑month AI Engineering internship focused on building and integrating intelligent agents, developing API services on AWS, and supporting data governance initiatives using Python and machine‑learning techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test AI‑driven agents and services that expose functionality through RESTful APIs.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, including Lambda functions, S3 storage, and IAM policies.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure AI models comply with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
- Apply machine‑learning techniques to preprocess data, train models, and evaluate performance.
- Document code, APIs, and deployment processes, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, IAM) and building RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of data governance principles, including data privacy and security.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and effective communication.
