About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML and generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and data scientists, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Ensure production readiness by containerizing models with Docker, orchestrating deployments on Kubernetes, and leveraging AWS services for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions that deliver clear ROI.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of AI assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects on schedule.
- Solid understanding of generative AI techniques and their practical applications.
