About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to write, debug, and optimize code across the stack.
- Design, develop, and deploy web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Audit existing applications for performance, scalability, UI/UX, and code quality, implementing improvements.
- Build and integrate AI‑powered agents with frameworks like OpenClaw, creating role‑based agents (SEO, designer, content, etc.).
- Automate repetitive workflows and operational processes using n8n or similar automation platforms.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in JavaScript and experience with the MERN stack.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and scalable architecture.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
