About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models to personalize and improve learner outcomes.
- Design data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for large‑scale educational datasets.
- Integrate AI models into production systems using cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate educational needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP techniques, and model deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
