AI Engineer
AI Engineer building a modular, data‑driven intelligence platform using Python, ML, and deep learning to deliver actionable insights across R&D, Marketing, and other business units.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable AI platform that ingests structured data and outputs actionable insights for multiple departments.
- Build department‑specific AI modules (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP pipelines) using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and relevant libraries.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure data quality, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Deploy models to production on AWS, containerize services with Docker, and monitor performance and drift.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices; mentor junior team members on AI workflows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
