About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and maintain robust data warehouses.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing real‑estate platforms using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
- Conduct model validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record in building and deploying predictive models in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
