About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate software development workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Integrate advanced NLP and ML models into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Coach and enable cross‑functional teams to adopt agentic coding practices and best‑practice AI integration.
- Collaborate with product, data, and DevOps teams to define requirements, architecture, and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on AI models to maintain high performance and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in Python.
- Proven expertise in NLP, agentic AI frameworks, and model deployment on cloud platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for coaching and mentoring teams.
