AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI models that unlock insights from athlete data, driving smarter contract, NIL, and performance decisions on a cloud‑native platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and production‑grade deploy machine learning models to analyze contract, compensation, and social performance data.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define feature sets, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions.
- Implement model monitoring, logging, and automated retraining workflows to ensure high reliability and compliance.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong Python foundation.
- Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch, and experience with model deployment on AWS.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end data pipelines and working with large datasets.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
