Lead the development of AI-driven patent intelligence solutions, building and scaling large language models and generative AI pipelines on AWS to deliver high‑accuracy insights across the patent lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine‑tune large language models tailored for intellectual property use cases.
- Develop end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines that power patent discovery, citation analysis, and litigation support.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product engineers to integrate AI models into the platform’s microservices architecture.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency on AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalable deployment.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face or similar frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Strong understanding of patent data structures and IP workflows is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building production‑grade AI systems.
