AI Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of generative AI agents that run natively on vehicles, orchestrating actions, reasoning, and memory to deliver calm, context‑aware experiences using the latest LLM technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize generative AI‑based agent orchestration and reasoning modules for on‑device execution in software‑defined vehicles.
- Design action sequences that respond to user requests and vehicle events, ensuring seamless, context‑aware interactions.
- Analyze user logs to uncover behavior patterns, informing memory architecture and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with research, data science, and product teams to iterate on LLM models, fine‑tune performance, and integrate new AI capabilities.
- Maintain high code quality, documentation, and continuous integration pipelines for rapid experimentation and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with generative AI and large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, or similar).
- Proficiency in on‑device AI deployment, including model quantization, edge inference, and resource‑constrained optimization.
- Hands‑on knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks, reasoning engines, and memory management.
- Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with C++/Rust for performance‑critical components.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of deriving insights from user behavior data.
