As an AI Engineer in our team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of engineers, domain experts, and product managers to develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms. Your role will be pivotal in automating critical engineering and product management processes, leveraging the latest AI techniques, open-source tools, and data annotation automation to ensure high-quality data-driven decision-making.
You Will
- Research, design, and develop machine learning models and algorithms to automate major engineering and product management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand domain-specific challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Extract, preprocess, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to derive actionable insights and develop predictive models.
- Apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Evaluate and validate models, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance, making necessary adjustments based on real-world feedback and data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI technologies, and engineering practices to drive innovation within the organization.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
You Are
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms, familiar with the latest opensource AI platforms and tools;
- Experience with data annotation automation techniques, active learning, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Familiarity with synthetic data generation techniques and their application in enhancing model training.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
