About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models for property‑management use cases such as demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and tenant sentiment analysis.
- Build end‑to‑end data pipelines using Python and AWS services (S3, Glue, SageMaker) to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists and full‑stack engineers to integrate models into production APIs and dashboards.
- Monitor model performance, implement drift detection, and iterate on model improvements.
- Document model architecture, data schemas, and deployment procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in applied machine‑learning or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
