About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionise AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen for multi‑step financial workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to transform AI prototypes into scalable, reliable services.
- Implement reasoning, tool‑use, and decision‑making capabilities in agents tailored to fintech use cases.
- Integrate LLM‑powered applications into the fintech platform, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on agent performance, applying best practices in model fine‑tuning and data pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM‑based agents or chatbots in production environments.
- Solid understanding of fintech processes and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product and data teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
