About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM‑based features for legal research, drafting, and document review.
- Fine‑tune and evaluate large language models on Indian legal datasets, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and labeling training data.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal experts to translate requirements into functional features.
- Monitor model performance, iterate on improvements, and document best practices.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in ML/NLP/LLM projects (internships or academic work acceptable).
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and communicate effectively across teams.
