About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for agentic and generative AI products, from concept through production.
- Architect, build, and optimize large‑scale machine‑learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing property‑tech platforms.
- Lead performance tuning, model monitoring, and continuous improvement in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices for reproducibility and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying deep‑learning models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and major frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud services (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable AI workloads.
- Expertise in generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and their application to real‑world problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor teams, and communicate complex concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
