Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions that empower customers to adopt AI securely and efficiently, leveraging Azure, Python, and advanced machine learning techniques to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy AI models and pipelines using Python, Azure Machine Learning, and deep learning frameworks to solve real‑world security challenges.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Implement robust security controls, data governance, and compliance checks throughout the AI lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and customer value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on security or related domains.
- Proficiency in Python, Azure ML, and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with secure model deployment, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and mentoring abilities, with a passion for driving customer success.
