AI Engineer
AI Engineer focused on building and deploying Generative AI platforms and enterprise solutions using Python, Machine Learning, and AWS to drive productivity and innovation within a leading financial institution’s Innovation Lab.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI models and pipelines that support enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement and optimize models on AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Integrate NLP capabilities to enhance data extraction, summarization, and conversational agents.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience building Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and deploying them at scale.
- Proficiency with AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and S3 for model training and inference.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
