About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift) to support model training and inference.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipeline design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
