About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test machine learning models for wind turbine performance optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess large sensor datasets and engineer relevant features.
- Deploy trained models to AWS SageMaker or EC2, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Document model pipelines, performance metrics, and deployment procedures.
- Assist in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows for ML artifacts.
Requirements
- Current university student in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and basic cloud architecture.
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
